Lindsey has been involved with Parkroyal Pre-school for over 30 years, first as a committee member and then a member a staff, and has been supervisor for 15 years. Lindsey loves to read stories and dance with the children and is passionate and knowledgeable about Early Years development.
Lisa Williams – Key worker
NVQ Level 3 Childcare & Education
Lisa was also a committee member before finding her vocation at pre-school and bringing her previous career as a gardener to establish the fabulous outdoor space at Parkroyal Pre-school. She has been employed as a key worker for 12 years brings lots of creativity to our arts projects and displays.
Kay Soller – Key worker
CACHE Level 3 Early Years
Kay was a childminder before joining Parkroyal pre-school in 1999 as a key worker. She is very patient and great with the children who need a bit of help to settle in. She works well with the children with additional needs has great organisational skills which are great for planning large group projects.
Shirley Rowley – Key worker
CACHE Level 3 Early Years Care & Education
Prior to starting work at Parkroyal Pre-school 14 years ago, Shirley worked in another pre-school and also as a childminder. Shirley is our maths whizz and loves to teach the children all about numbers and can often be found playing games with the children.
Kelly Illingworth – Key Worker
Cache L3 Children’s care, learning and development. Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator.
Kelly has worked in Early Years since leaving school and joined us in 2015 as a key worker. She is very experienced with under 3’s and additional needs. She loves baking with the children is great at coming up with sensory activities that the children all love.
Rachida Boussehel
CACHE Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
Having previously worked in a local day nursery, Rachida came to support a child with significant additional needs and has worked as both a support worker and key worker over the past 5 years. she is extremely patient and experienced with under 3’s and is trained in sign a long sign language which we use with all of the children. She speaks three languages and we often call upon her to translate for parents and children with English as an additional language.
